The intention of Fitness Now is to provide education and physical fitness training for those that desire to be fit and healthy, to aid in the recovery of those under the care of a physician (post physical rehabilitation) and weight control.


We aim to bring to our clients caring, personalized training programs that are safe and effective based on standards set by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) using the latest information and techniques on physical fitness and nutrition.

Our approach to wellnessn in the area of health maintenance, uses physical movement and mental concentration. We have developed a unique program which combines resistance training with Eastern concepts of movement and philosophy in order to develop the three parts of the human person.
